How Much
Does a Fleet
Wrap Cost?

If you’ve been researching fleet vehicle wraps, you’ve probably noticed that most companies don’t post pricing online.
That can be frustrating — especially when you’re trying to make a business case to yourself or a partner before picking up the phone.

What Goes Into the Price
of a Fleet Wrap?

A fleet wrap from Wicked Wraps isn’t just vinyl stuck to a vehicle. Every project includes:

  • Custom design — our in-house design team creates or adapts your brand for each vehicle format, with up to 3 revision rounds included
  • High-resolution in-house printing — we print on-site, so there are no outsourcing delays and we control quality from file to finished panel
  • Certified Avery Dennison vinyl — American-made, rated for 5–7 years of outdoor exposure in PNW weather conditions
  • Professional certified installation — our installers hold PGITA and Avery Dennison certifications, meaning your wrap goes on correctly the first time and stays there
  • Quality control inspection — full walkthrough before the vehicle leaves our shop

When you get a cheaper quote from an uncertified installer, you’re usually getting cheaper materials, outsourced printing, and no design revision process. That shows up within 12–18 months — in bubbling, lifting edges, and faded colors. A certified wrap done right lasts years longer.

What's Not Included —and What to Watch For

A few things that can affect your final price:

  • Vehicle condition — wrapping over dents, deep scratches, or rust affects adhesion and final appearance. We recommend addressing bodywork first.
  • Rush timelines — standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from design approval. Expedited jobs may carry a surcharge.
  • Specialty finishes — chrome, brushed metal, or color-shift films carry a premium over standard gloss and matte vinyls.
  • Design from scratch vs. brand adaptation — if you don’t have a logo or brand assets yet, we can help create them (design fee applies separately).

We walk through every one of these on your free quote call so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Now the Part That Changes the Math

Here’s where most business owners get a different perspective.

A full-size fleet wrap at $3,500 is a one-time cost. Not monthly. Not recurring. You pay it once, and that vehicle advertises your brand for the next five to seven years — 24 hours a day, in every neighborhood your driver passes through, at every job site, every traffic stop, every parking lot.

Let’s put that in context:

Advertising Channel

5-Year Cost

What Stops When You Stop Paying?

Google Ads ($1,500/mo)

$90,000

Everything. Immediately.

Social Media Ads ($800/mo)

$48,000

All impressions, all reach.

Local Billboard ($1,800/mo)

$108,000

Ad is pulled at contract end.

Vehicle Wrap (one-time $3,500)

$3,500 total

Nothing stops. It keeps running.

That’s not a trick — those are just the numbers. A single vehicle wrap costs less than three months of a modest Google Ads budget and lasts twenty-five times longer.

One new HVAC job: $800–$2,000. One new plumbing emergency: $500–$1,500. Two new customers traced back to your wrapped van = wrap paid in full. Every job after that is pure return.

Fleet Discount +
the Referral Program

Running multiple vehicles? Per-unit economics improve the more you wrap.

  • 5+ vehicles: Qualifies for preferred fleet pricing — ask us for a per-vehicle breakdown
  • Refer another business: Earn 10% off per vehicle the referred client commits to, up to a maximum of one free full wrap for 10 referrals
  • Free removal for returning clients: When you’re ready to refresh or rebrand, we remove the old wrap at no charge

The referral program is designed for exactly the kind of business owner who already knows other business owners — plumbers who work alongside electricians, tree services that refer landscapers. If your network is full of people who need wraps, that’s a significant opportunity.

Frequently Asked Questions

We don’t post a fixed price list because fleet wrap pricing depends on vehicle size, the number of vehicles, design complexity, and material selection. However, we are transparent about ranges (see table above) and provide exact itemized quotes on every project — no surprises. Getting a quote is free and takes about 10 minutes.

Yes. A partial wrap or high-quality vinyl decal set runs $800–$1,800 depending on coverage. It’s a good starting point for smaller fleets or businesses testing their branding before committing to a full wrap. That said, the ROI difference between a partial and a full wrap — in terms of impressions and brand recognition — is significant. We’ll walk you through both options on your quote call.

Most full commercial van wraps are completed in 1–3 business days. Design approval to vehicle return is typically under 2 weeks for a single vehicle. Fleet orders are scheduled in batches to minimize vehicle downtime — we coordinate around your operations schedule.

A properly installed and removed wrap typically preserves or improves resale value — the vinyl protects the factory paint underneath from UV damage, minor scratches, and weathering. Factory paint in good condition is a significant selling point. We use certified Avery Dennison vinyl and certified removal techniques to ensure clean removal at the end of wrap life.

Absolutely. Every project includes full digital design proofs before we print anything. You’ll see exactly how your branding will look on each vehicle, with up to 3 revision rounds included. We don’t put anything on your vehicle until you’ve signed off.

The Bottom Line

A commercial fleet wrap is one of the few marketing investments where the cost is fixed, the return compounds over years, and the asset keeps working whether you’re thinking about it or not. There are no monthly invoices, no campaigns to manage, no algorithms to feed.

You pay once. Your brand runs 24/7 for five to seven years. In the neighborhoods where you work, in front of the customers you want, at the exact moment they’re forming opinions about which company they trust.

For most home service businesses, one or two new customers attributable to brand recognition pays the wrap off entirely. Everything else is return.
